Billing questions
Who handles payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles checkout, invoices, sales tax and VAT.
What counts as a "new event"?
Each event Calendrow creates in your calendar. Updating an event that already exists doesn't count. The free allowance resets on the first of each month (UTC), and the sidebar always shows how much you've used.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then return to the free plan. Nothing in your sheet or calendar is deleted.

What is a "company email domain" for Team?
Everyone whose Google account uses your company's email domain, for example everyone@yourstore.com. Personal domains such as gmail.com can't be used for Team.
